My extensive experience includes working as a voluntary practitioner providing specialist counselling support to young people and individuals with complex mental health concerns. I also worked at a charity organisation (Age UK) managing the counselling department. This involved facilitating group therapy sessions, including people that had experienced loss and found it supportive to share their feelings with others, managing referrals, and supporting a team of counsellors.
